The 1999 Yukon should be identical to the 2001 Suburban and Silverado wiring on LT1Tech.com.
I used the wiring diagrams and information there to create my stand alone harness from my 2001 Suburban that I parted out for the motor and harness.
Just to be sure, if you're doing a swap and stand alone, pull the harness out and label all the connectors. Once that's done, Ohm out all the connectors with the corresponding PCM pins based on the Data from LT1Swap and they should match up. If not, I am wrong, and then I can't help.....
