Default Questions on 5.3 swap

I’ve got a 2005 5.3 from a Silverado I’m putting into a 2002 Z28 t56 roller . I’m converting all accessories and balancer to LS1 style. Would a ls1 t56 harness and ecu be my best option for computer and stuff! I’m new to all this and have searched but am a little confused .

Just use all the electronics that were in the car already.

The LS1 harness would be the easiest for sure. Just plug it all in.
