I haven't had it on the dyno so I have no idea. My conservative guess would be in the 500-550hp at the wheels.
A stock ZL1 makes 580 crank hp with 376ci and 9:1 compression, Where my engine is an LY6 with 364ci and 9.6:1 compression a bigger cam E85 and better exhaust.

Beautiful truck! I always wanted an xtreme.
Is that intercooler from frozen boost? What do your IAT numbers look like, are you running E85, and where did you mount your power steering reservoir?

Man that's pretty bad *** overall. I really like how you narrowed the rear frame and did the rear tubs. I may have to use that idea on my 97 S-10 5.3 Twin Turbo build that I'm working on right now. You did a great job overall!!

Thanks, It started out to be a simple swap and took off from there. The truck itself wasn't built to be a long term build, I built it thinking I would probably pull that body off and swap the chassis and driveline under one of my 51 Chevy trucks. I just can't see spending the money on body and paint for a S10.

It's hard to tell from the angle, did the AC compressor actually fit without notching the frame?
Also looks like it would've been nice to have the radiator fill neck positioned a little differently, looks pretty tight even with routing the intake tube under there.
Clean swap, nice work!

The frame had to be notched. The filler neck is in the way a little but not that bad, It would have been better to have it on the other side of the radiator.
Everything is a tight fit but I can still run a stock hood if I want to.

You may have just built my Dream Machine LLLosingit, Beautiful Truck, AMAZING JOB ![Headbang](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/headbang.gif)
I've had many Performance Trucks and recently sold my 94 S10 SS with a Gen II LT1 5.7L / 700R4 and every option known to man kind, it was an amazing truck. I sold it to a friend and I still hang out with it a few times a week at car shows. Out of the stupid amount of Performance Vehicles I've owned 13 have been Pick Up's, 10 were Supercharged, 1 Turbo'd. Although I don't have a truck at the moment there is just something about whooping someones *** in a truck that I find extremely rewarding. And once you've been blown there's no going back ....

What brand truckbed lining did you go with? It looks killer. Once spring rolls around, how about a video seen from a 3rd person of a holeshot and one with you getting on it from about 30 MPH. Who doesn't love action videos? LOL

I haven't posted any video's anywhere, I have a couple and neither are really all that impressive lol.

wow. LOL. Talk about a great score. How much did you end up using on the bed? I would of used in on the inner wheel wells, floorboards and frame as well. Really got your $9.00 worth. LOL

do you know what’s different on the GM modified LSA FEAD vsa stock Vette FEAD? I have a LY6 and GM Vet FEAD I don’t want to have to buy much if I bit the bullet and bought a rebuilt SC. Did you buy you swAp harness ready for the sc or did u change it to suit

You can look at these pictures and see the difference and look at yours and see it it's going to be an issue.
Standard LSA

The wiring harness didn't have to be changed but I use the Holley system. The only thing that plugs in on the supercharger is the MAP sensor.

LLLosigit,
since you bought the modified LSA FEAD new, would you happen to have the parts list from the instructions? I called Pace Performance hoping the could help me, but that guy couldn’t be bothered
thanks,
jim
