Default LS Swap in 55 Chevy 210 Radiator Question

Installing an LS6 into my 56 Chevy 210. The car has a really nice aluminum 3 core radiator already in it and is brand new. Can I use this for the LS swap and Just tie in the coolant crossover? Or do a need to buy a radiator specific to the LS. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

No reason not to use what you have.

Is it a cross flow radiator or a down flow radiator? I have a similar question to a ls swap in a 55 I am doing but I think that makes a difference. The original 55 chevy would use a down flow style rad. Anyone with more info on this???

Just finished my 55 210, and used the stock style 6cyl radiator. ( cheap champion one ) Did an inline tee in the top hose for the coolant crossover, and an electric fan. Runs 195-200 degrees all the time, no problems.
