Default square body ls swap engine mounts????

any recommendations on motor mounts for putting a 2002 lq4 6.0 in my 1985 squarebody 2wd?

I so much need to do that swap. Maybe your question motivates me to get started. I have a 79 bagged crew dually that needs an LQ4 or 9

Yeah...I used the cheapest generic plates I could find, (I think they were Trans-Dapt...???) Any way, they worked great with the original clamshell mounts my truck came with. Slightly modified the right hand one and it works with the factory LS truck AC compressor.

I used the Dirty Dingo mounts and glad i did. They are made extremely well made and being able to slide the motor back and forth made it to where I could slide it to exact position and use the same driveshaft as with the old combo.
