Yes it will but may need some wiring/plug modification depending injectors/map sensor you're using. Basically a 4.8 5.3 5.7 6.0 will run off the same computer and harness as long as the reluctor wheel is correct for the computer. early LS based engines ran a 24x reluctor and later ran a 58x reluctor wheel. The engines are very similar and most parts interchange.
What year is the 6.0?

The harness will work with some modifications. There are different plugs for different injectors and probably the map sensor. As far as the transmission is concerned you can always add the wires needed to make it plug in and the computer will need to be programmed for the changes. Is the harness you have already converted to stand alone for your application or is it a unmodified harness right out of car?
You can either build a harness yourself or have one made to fit your engine/trans combination from several places http://www.psiconversion.com/ http://www.currentperformance.com/sh...ngine-harness/ and others.

As I said above the engines are very pretty much the same, The only difference in a custom application is there are differences in the plug needed for different injectors and map sensors. As far as the transmission, If it's wired for a 4l60e and you need to switch to a 4l80e http://lt1swap.com/4l60e_4l80e_harness.htm
