Default 5.3 swap Camaro

Hi, I just swapped a 2003 5.3l into a 78 camaro race car build that I'm doing. It's a standalone harness. Went to fire it up and no spark. Brand new ecm, crank sensor, coils, wires, and plugs. I checked each individual coil plug and I'm getting 12volts on one wire and the other 3 are grounds. I assume one should be a signal wire. I should not have 3 grounds unless I'm wrong? Traced all the ignition coil control wires back to the ecm. So the ground signal is coming from the ecm. Any info I can get on this is appreciated. I've been searching forums and google
for a week now and can't find anything on this.

Has the PCM been tuned to remove VATS?

Vats have been removed and vin has been programmed into the new computer.

thanks for diagram. I have checked all the wires and did a continuity test and everything checks out. The pcm is sending the ground to all the IC control wires. Both computers now have done this. My guess must be a tuning issue with the hp tuners.

Who made the harness? Post pics easier to help you if we see what you see. Im thinking you dont hsve all the pinks on 12v that are needed

I made the standalone harness myself using lt1 swap and bought the BP Automotive diy rework harness to wire it all up. I went through it wire by wire and made sure all the pinks were powered and wired according to BP Automotives instructions.

So you bought the harness already made from BP, then wired up the relays and fuses to put power to the harness? If so, you like wired up something incorrectly for the relays/fuses. I'd start there first. Draw up a diagram of the wiring you have right now, (Not the wiring from Lt1swap) so we can help eliminate that potential error. Then if the wiring looks sound, then you may have a harness issue that will need to be corrected with BP Automotive.
