Default LS1 computer in cab of 53 chevy truck

So I'm installing an LS1 into a 53 chevy truck.
I want to put the ECU/computer in the cab.
Has anyone done that?
If so can you post pictures?
Thanks
Mark

Sounds pretty basic. There should be plenty of places to mount an ECU in one of those cabs.

Wanted to see how and where the firewall was penetrated.

Gotcha! Look online at automotive electrical suppliers for bulkhead pass-thrus or grommets.

I used a Sealsit split grommet on my chevelle and I love it. You can find them on summit, Jegs or ebay.
