Default Fitech 2004R TV Cable solution

Hey folks, I've got a 68 chevelle with an L92 based engine. 2004R transmission behind it. I had a carb on it so the tv cable hookup was easy. Now I am looking to go to the FITECH Ultimate LS setup and I'm wondering if anyone has a solution for the tv cable hookup? Already burned up one transmission years ago by not having the proper geometry, not looking to do that again.

good question. I dont actually own their product yet, but I could try to call them. Wanted to know if someone has already cracked this nut and maybe it was already common knowledge.

Just got off the phone and the guy didnt know. He said to call lokar. I said I cant br the only guy hooking an LS engine to a 2004r or 700r4... he said they leave that up to the end user.... that's pretty lame. Seems like a poor choice from an engineering and marketing perspective.

Likely not very common knowledge yet, but someone might know and chime in. FiTech should still help you as a PROSPECTIVE customer. If they can't, possibly a trans company that does conversions might help you "from the other direction".

There ya go! And even if that piece does not work, I would bet a call to THEM would generate a solution!

I used that, seemed fine. Mine was the version for a truck intake, but same general thing.
