Default 1972 Nova build 5.3 boost

I have a 1972 nova that I'm going to put a 2003 5.3 in. Ive been reading a lot of threads here and at sloppy mechanics website. Im going to follow his receipt for 500-600 hp. I still have a few questions. Im going to run a th400 and was wondering what crossmember you guys are running? Also what do you guys recommend for accessories? Stay with what comes on the engine or go fbody? Planning on using dirty dingo mounts, holly 302-3 oil pan for clearance on the frame. Here are a few pics of her.

Thanks in advance

The crossmember should be easy enough as long as the motor mounts you use place the bellhousing in the same place as a standard small block. Like this one.

As far as the front accessories are concerned we used the truck setup on my son-inlaws 73 Nova with a LS3 water pump and spacers with aftermarket intake, The water pump spacers are tapped so you can run a steam line to it. Spacers

i have a 66, but when i put the th400 in i just chopped the crossmemeber bolted it up to the car and the trans, then connected them back together with some angle iron. was super simple solution. its solid. and was cheap.

Truck accessories will come with your swap motor and work just fine.... stock location alternator works fine and if you don't have power steering just cut that part of the bracket off. The pics didn't load !

Dirty dingo sliders are a good choice, I have used them in 2 builds. My crossmember for the th400 is the 1969 Firebird th400 crossmember found on ebay for like 90 bucks.

You probably already know this but the Nova and 1st gen Camaro/Firebird share the same basic subframe.
