I'm looking into adding AC to my Monte using the C5 front accessory drive. I know that I will have to notch the frame but l need to know which motor mounts would be best for this. Right now I'm using Morroso solid mounts which are to far forward on the cross member and motor. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Check out Holley's mounts. I think they allow for a low mount A/C pump.

All C5 and C6 drives are 0 forward offset, so they are closest to the block.
Compared to truck or F-body, 0 offset is simply the worst option if you want to run a low compressor in a G-body.
Holley's first setup of accessories for LS engine swaps are similar to C5 and C6. They offer spacers to run their setup at f-body (+19mm forward I think) or truck (+38mm forward I think) offset. So it's one solid way to do it. And if you don't run their engine mounts, the notch to the frame will still be smaller. Any mount that uses the G-body stock SBC frame side mount location is a poor choice for a low-mount compressor. Go for something that moves the frame side back. Spohn and Holley each have designs for this.
