Junk the 10 bolt at that power level and go with a 9" unless you can find a deal on a ready to drop in 12 bolt.
Compression and boost are going to depend on the type of fuel you plan on running and if your going to spray water/meth to keep detonation at bay under heavy boost. If you have a steady supply of E85 then you can keep compression up quite a bit.
I run the same brake setup on an S10. The only downside is the limited wheel and tire size needed to clear the calipers and ride qaulity, I run tubular control arms/ stiffer springs/ larger sway bar/ Bilstein shocks/ Urethane bushing and mounts everywhere, Nitto Invo's 275/35/18 on 18x9.5front and 325/30/19 with 19x12rears and to be honest it's a blast to drive, It will out corner most cars on the street but at the expense of ride quality.
