Angry What's going on with my TAC module?? it's acting weird!

So I have been doing a LS swap with my LQ4, and the guy who did VAT delete for me told me that he had a 04 silverado base tune flashed in to my ECU. So I bought a set of 04 silverado TAC and pedal, and that's where the werid thing happened.

I hood up all the harness, and everything is fine, until I press down the gas pedal, 1/3 the way down to the pedal the throttle body already 100% opened, which is unusual. And the engine starts fine, but if I just give it a little pedal, the engine will already rev up to 4-5000 RPM. If I press down pass 1/3 of the pedal, which the throttle body is already at 100%, the engine will suddenly start stalling, spitting black smoke like a diesel, and dies eventually after 5~8 seconds.

I tried different throtttle bodies but same result, so I assume maybe the TAC module set is bad or maybe the tune? or ECU?

Is there something I did wrong here? Is there a way to fix this by trying different base tunes? What should I do?

Here are the pictures of the parts I uesd

Have your tuner use a different PCM and only delete the VATS.
