Default Ls swap help ( Winnebago)

This swap has been fairly easy but I can't figure out this code it's throwing
u0107 lost communication with.....
I ran a bunch of new grounds. Purchased a new throttle module. The programming on the ECM I'm told is correct. I'm out of ideas

You're gonna need to post a lot more info on your build if you expect any decent advice...

That code is because the ECU is having trouble communicating with an electronic throttle body.

I have tried to reply twice to this thread but I dont know why it wont show

'06 lq9 out of a truck with a 4l80e

It can idle all day
but when you start playing with the gas pedal a couple min in it throws u0107 code and starts running weird and then no thottle

easy efi solutions modified the factory harness and ecm (no tac)
I have the original throttle body, throttle module, throttle pedal
I have ran many additional grounds,
block to frame
block to body
block to throttle body
block to ecm to body

I have replaced the throttle pedal and the throttle module

I dont know what else to do

Sounds like a wiring issue. Check the harness THOROUGHLY for chafing, insulation breaks, rubbing, plus check all connections for bad pins and/or sockets. It will be tedious, but hopefully something will show up.

If they reused the original throttle body pigtail and wires, I might start checking those next. I've had several trucks come in the shop with your malady. I've seen several if these with problems in the pigtails and wiring.

What do you have for a scan tool? Can you look at any PID's to see if anything is not showing up or terribly out of whack?

So i mailed some parts to Easy EFI Solutions for Chris to check
throttle body
throttle pedal
ecm
throttle module (old and new)

He said both throttle modules where bad. weird but i have some weird luck. I purchased another module from rock auto, same symptoms, same codes
Chris thinks rock auto must have gotten a bad batch of throttle modules. I was thinking of going to the junk yard and grabbing one

When I had that problem it turned out to be a mis-match of parts to program. I used the donor pedal, etc but the program was updated which cause the engine under load to go to limp mode.

I would switch everything, the harness, PCM and go DBC. Those rewires jobs are crazy.

In doing research for my LQ4 swaps (2004/05) I came across a reference that there are subtle changes in the throttle control modules. I have seen first hand that some of the newer modules have an added wire as compared to an older harness. Not sure on the function of that wire.

Also, on my build the throttle module has it's own run/start hot and ground as per the original setup.

Hope that helps.

Here is a video on what it acts like with key on engine off on my build:

so I went up to Current Performance Wiring. they're about 10 miles north of me, so i figured it would be good to have someone close.. i bought one of their harnessess
At first I was pleased with the harness. Looks like its made well
but....
Ends up I have a gen III and they dont need oil pressure to run. so I have to make a special request to have a plug and signal for oil pressure. Current Wiring doesn't normally put oil pressure on their gen III harness i guess. WTF
on top of that, the check engine light isnt working and thats throwing a code
And on that, it didnt solve my problem. still code u0107

So I guess im going the Holley Denominator efi route...

Thank you Cfoss

so my engine and harness are an '06
In the beginning my pcm failed. Easy EFI Solutions sold me another pcm. its actually an '04
took me awhile to figure that out...
There is a different part number for an '04 tac
and there is a different part number for an '04 pedal. the tack looks the same, but the pedal is totally different

so, long story short, with the '04 pedal and tac module, its running!!

were tuning it now. I have my excitement back. I will upload a video in a couple days
