Default Silverado gauges

I have a 2005 Silverado with a 2014 ls3 out of a Camaro in it.
I'm running a psi stand alone harness with it. My question is how can I use my stock Silverado gauges with the setup I'm using. I've been researching for weeks and cant find anything

Depending on what ECU you are running, you probably wont' be able to. 05 would have come with a Gen3 motor which run on 24x operating system, and the Gen4 uses a 58x operating system. The 05 gauges run off of either the BCM or CAN and would need to communicate with the stock ECU. It won't likely get the same information coming from the newer ECU.

thanks for the info. Do you have any idea how this could be accomplished

I think what you would need to do is determine what signals your BCM needs and review pinout diagrams for them. I think what the easiest thing to do would be to swap your stock harness back onto the truck and run a 58x to 24x converter box so that your truck is happy and thinks it's controlling a gen3 motor. It would require you to figure out the DBW stuff and several other details, but you would be able to more easily integrate fully into the stock 05. IMHO. Maybe others will chime in with better first hand experience.

what if running my stock v6 harness isnt an option anymore is there any other way around this.

The Silverado cluster runs off the Class 2 data bus. The LS3 ECU is CAN based. These are 2 different communication protocols.

You can make it all work properly by running an E67 ECU with a trailblazer operating system and it will communicate with the cluster and run the engine properly.

right.on for the info I guess I'm screwed cause I'm not going to change my harness out that I have right now I've spent all this time extending wires and routing them through everything.

Does anyone know which wire and color is the serial data wire on thos harness? Normal harness is dark blue pin 18 x1 plug. I need to know what it is on the psi harness
my harness is a GEN IV LSX/Vortec. With 6l80E
