Default Questions on 2 Pins Blue/Green

On the Blue/Green ECM (2004)

Blue Pin 75: off/run/crank voltage.
Green Pin 59: Crank voltage.

What do these do? Where do they go and what are they for?

Thanks,
Brandon

Blue pin 75 is an ignition power to the PCM, and green pin 59 is the wire from the ignition switch if you're using a PCM controlled starter relay, most people delete it.
