Default low profile intake help for ls swap

hello i am swapping a ls into a 63 riviera i have a gen4 6.0 truck engine.i am needing help trying to figure out what the lowest intake manifold i can use due to hood clearance issues.i have been looking at the ls3 intake and fuel rails.i need it to be as low as possible and be able to use the truck dbw throttle body and fuel injectors.i see aftermarket ones on ebay for fair price they look low profile but i have never heard from anyone that has used them.or whats the best combo you ls swappers are using.any info really appreciate thank you very much have a awesome day

If your engine has rectangular port heads, the LS3 manifold should work well.

ok thank you .do you know if i can mount the truck throttle body and injectors without mods.i read somewhere that the injectors from a truck will not work unless modified is that correct.thank you for your input

Both TB's are 4-bolt, however the truck injectors are 50# and 1.73" between O-rings, where the LS3 injectors are 42# and 1.50" between O-rings.

thank you.so if i buy a ls3 intake i should make sure i get fuel rail and injectors.and i have been reading some more on it looks like i will need intake bolts and map sensor also from what i have read says truck map and intake bolts will not work with ls3 .thank you for your input

What year 6.0 are you running? Gen 4 goes all the way back to 2005. You may have a cathedral port 6.0 not a rectangular port.

The only cathedral port Gen 4 6.0 was the LS2.

I dodged the whole hood and air intake issue with a Victor JR and a Sniper T/B. It’s been on the road since the LS Victors came out for the LS1.

I purchased the Victor Jr also, but I don't have it on thee street yet, nor is it tuned properly, since I'm doing the body on it. I assume you are set up for speed density, right?
Do you have issues on the street as temps and seasons vary,I'm wondering if I should do a MAF or not.....
I would value your thoughts.
