How do you like the fitment of the Tin Works mounts and crossmember?
Their stuff is really nice and reasonable, great customer service too. I had Hooker Blackheart frame brackets and they just didn’t line up with the hardware holes and clamshell fbody mounts very well at all. The TWF engine mounts allow 3” of engine setback, their transmission crossmember allows engine setback and a 3” exhaust to go through it. Keeping the exhaust inside the frame rails will be important for a slammed truck.
Well, finished stripping the cab and it’s been put on the dolly so it can be brought into the shop, I’m doing a little sand blasting on the scale and surface rust outside right now but that is a REALLY slow process .
