Default Any idea on what I need to do?

This is a 5.3 TB for an LS6 intake. Do I need that tab on the throttle lever?
im guessing a spacer will fix the vacuum tube on the bottom. What would I do with the vacuum tube on the passenger side?

I may be wrong but it looks like the TB is off a truck intake? LS6's didn't come with 5.3 engines.
If you can make it work I see no reason the tab on the TB butter fly can't go away. The tube on top is part of the PVC system and needs to need retained. You might be better off finding a 2002 Camaro 5.7 TB so the top tube clears the throttle linkage mount better. Or bend the tube a bit for clearance.
The tubes on the bottom of the TB are typically plumbed to the cooling system. Not needed, just cut them off. I'm guessing that SC doesn't have many days that will need to keep the TB warm. Good luck with your swap.

this is what the throttle body from a 1999 camaro looks like, for reference

notice
-pcv tube angles downwards away from the throttle cable bracket
-throttle body coolant passages point forwards

Thank you. I will not run coolant through the TB. So the bottom two will be cut off. And i bent the pcv tube exactly like that picture….. and i folded the tittie back on the throttle valve.

I take it your still running a steam cross over tube between the cylinder heads that ties into the radiator.

Lol yes. Idk if the truck ones are going to fit yet. I’ve got new gaskets for those. I just haven’t put them on. I may have to buy some. I’m not sure where they are.

Camaro and truck cylinder head coolant vent tubes are different. You can make either work depending on where you are attaching it to the radiator, water pump or upper radiator hose.

Cut off the coolant pipes, drill and tap there holes for tapered thread plugs. You could do the same thing with the PCV if you are not using it. I have had real good luck bending the PCV tube to where I needed it however.

The PCV tube will come out if you grab it and carefully twist back and forth its a friction fit,
I used a bit of heat from a torch on the tube then let cool a bit first..
I took mine out threaded the hole and put a -6 swivel fitting in..
