Default Thermostat and housing

So I have a 2002 6.0 liter LQ4 engine swaped to a 57 chevy. The thermostat and housing are one part. I need a 90 degree swivel thermostat housing to best route lower radiator hose. Found a nice one but the reccomended thermostat wont fit water pump. What are you doing for a swivel.option without having to swap out water pumps?

I’ve seen them before. Try to GOOGLE it or the SEARCH function in the forum of your choice

What aftermarket thermostat will fit 2002 water pump. I really don't want to mess with another year water pump. Unless perhaps the serpuntine bt alignment is the same across all model year truck water pumps.

Belt spacing is the same on truck engines, but they changed the thermostat around '04 or '05, so it would be easiest to just get the newer pump to match the housing you have. Street and Performance used to make one for the older pumps, but they are no longer in business.

I'm not sure where I got it since the build is 14 years old but on my 98 Wrangler LS6 swap I found a housing that used a regular small block thermostat. It has worked fine over the years.
