Default 1967 Camaro LS3 fuel system

Looking for some insight. I am torn between using my current stock tank and buying a Holley 12-300 in tank pump or going with a TANKS setup.
Thoughts and opinions?

My .02.
I've used the Tank's Inc tanks on a couple of previous LS swaps. 255 Walbro pump. Worked well.
Current 1980 Camaro LS swap again Tank's tank. Bolted right in. Set up or -6 SS lines. Pressure and return.
My swaps aren't big hp numbers. You can upgrade to a 340 Walbro if needed.

Thanks TJ. I am also leaning towards the Aeromotive 13130 bypass regulator. Anyone use this?

I'm using Tanks Inc tank with GPA-4 255 in tank pump (good for 630hp). Works great. The cylindrical fuel level sensor is amazing. Didn't have to deal with bending bars to get float right. Thank is all going to a stock Corvette regulator. Also using a II MUCH fuel vent. I can not give advise on longevity as I have only just fired my Chevelle for the first time, but everything worked and feedback on set up is positive.

I went with a ricks restomod tank. corner pickups and zl1 pump. vaporworx pwm driver.
Price was similar to any of the other efi tanks once all the proper pump upgrades and regulators etc. were done. except this setup is far superior for performance use.

In regards to the fuel filter regulator make sure you use a Wix or AC Delco.

He's talking about the Corvette filter/regulator. Only those two brands are any good. Parts store house brand filters can be really hit or miss on whether they will work right or not.

Thanks BT. Did you swap a Gen 1 Camaro by chance?

I grabbed a LS3 with the hot cam, 495hp , will run long tube headers and stock intake, so I am guessing 510 or so

I've done 4 67-69's to date. My go-to is a stock style tank and holley sending unit. I try to use holley senders for most swaps simply because the regulator is built in. Tanks in need a C5 filter/reg which used to be totally reliable but post pandemic the QC is in the pits. LOTS of returns over unsteady/low pressure. That means a quality AFPR mounted up front, so add $150-250 to the system cost plus a return line when using a tanks inc EFI unit

With holley, I trim the sender's long hardline and flare to AN6 with tube sleeves. Use a AN6 filter to act as a union, then one AN6 line to the engine. Simple, cost effective and reliable

The standard holley 255 pump is sufficient for most NA builds, even the mild LS3
If going with a power adder, definitely switch to a return style with a quality AFPR mounted up front. That's where the tanks inc units really shine

In my Camaro swap I ran a Rick's Restomod tank, CTS-V fuel pump and Vaporworx PWM controller. It worked flawlessly, and I will definitely be using his module again. Another option is to use his Constant pressure fuel pump conversion for 5th gen SS fuel pumps. You replace the regulator with his regulator and it works stand alone with no return lines. Really slick and cost effective swap. If you go that route, you'd be around $500 bucks for a new tank, used fuel pump and his conversion kit.
