Default 1960 Buick Lesabre LS swap

Hello,
Anyone hear done or know of an LS swap on a 1960 Lesabre? My dad passed it down to me due to him getting too old and would like to continue to see his baby live on. The engine is in really rough shape and isnt worth saving, plus parts for old buicks are pretty rare and tough to come by over here in Kuwait. I can get an LS pretty cheap and quickly and would like to know what difficulties may arise in such a swap. I've already swapped an LS3 in my 72 GTO so it isnt my first swap, but I have limited knowledge on buicks.
Any tips/advice are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If that's a nailhead Buick engine, sell it. They have a following. The biggest hurdle will be swapping the rearend over to an open type design. Yours has a torque tube attached to the transmission. And don't use the braces that are on the stock rear as control arms. They were not designed to keep the axle housing from wrapping up.
Good luck! And post some pics. They are beautiful cars!
