Hi all I have been reading up on the swap posts and have gotten a lot of help from it but I had one question. I was noticing how close the V6 V8 mounts were. I decided to take one mount off the old V6 and put it onto the V8. The position of the angle looks damn close to the same, and the distance from the mount to rear of block is the same on both. Where does the issue lie using them? Does it sit further forward or back?

 

Doing same u need new frame mounts I think only one will work the engine mounts must be changed
