Hi! I just put in a LQ9 from a 2003 escalade in my 1967 Buick GS ( same chassie as a 1967 Chevelle). The stock truck manifold fit on the passanger side but on the driver side the flange come in contact with the frame. I'm now wondering what other manifold might fit my car? Engine is in stock SBC location.
Early LS F-body manifolds work great. I've used them several times on A-body swaps. you used to be able to get them really reasonably priced, everyone would just about give them away when they'd put headers on. Although I haven't looked for any lately.

Are you talking about these? Won't the big triangular flange interfer with the frame?
I did the BRP mounts and some cheepo speed engineering 1-3/4 LS swap headers on my 70 GS. Had to put some dings in the drivers side, but nothing serious. I did mock up with factory 4th gen manifolds and they fit perfectly. Also, if you're having oil pan problems, a 302-1 fits like it was made for the car. Oh and a Sunsong 3401298 power steering hose and an LS to flare fitting adapter also fits like it was made for the car. Those three things are what held me up the most.
