2001 5.3 truck motor swaped in 1979 z28, the driver side is running rich and fouling plugs at cruising speed. I have replaced injectors, plugs and wires, added grounds to my coil packs still same results. The maf has been deleted and I am running o2 sensors. Stock motor and it ran fine in the donor truck. I am lost any help would be great. Thank you

Have you scanned for codes?
If you have a decent scanner, check for O2 sensor voltages, STFT and LTFT.
Or swap O2 sensors bank to bank.
I'm think a bad O2 sensor on the too-rich bank which always reports lean. The STFT and LTFT would then read high positive values.

Please describe in more detail what "grounds to coil packs" means ?
Coils are powered by full positive battery voltage from ignition switched power. COILs are "grounded" through ECM pins..
.
My bet is on a bad O2 sensor, wire connector TO O2 sensor, or a few broken off exhaust manifold bolts allowing extra AIR in to exhaust, screwing up trims

Can you please describe your grounded coil packs ?
A few people have taken time to respond to your query, may I ask if your situation has resolved, and what you have done so far to cure fouled spark plugs ?
