So I have a 94 firebird formula lt1, the 4l60e was recently rebuilt and I’m looking to swap the lq9 into it. I have the mounting and spacers down, my question is the electronics. How would the 1994 4l60e need to be modified electronically to actually work with a 411 ecu and the lq9. I’ve seen things about changing shift solenoids and internal harnesses and I’ve seen some say bolt it up and run it but I’m unable to come to a definitive answer.
