Hello Out of the garage for the first time in two years
Got my shafts today so after 45 minutes i had two half shafts mounted and have done a first test run just to make sure brakes work, steering and some light throttle.
Sure is a lot of burnout marks on the road.. You wouldn't know anything about that would you... lol
Do you Believe me if i say they are not mine .
There is a young kid next door with a turbo bmw e39 and he cant hold his horses.......
This is the absolute first test run.
I do have some work to do this weekend.

This weekend i have been out driving around and have collected some log and it is rich.
I'll need to pay someone to get a decent tune to drive around town and country roads to sort the rest of the car as i dont have the skills right now.
I also made a very not scientific wheel aliment so its safer to drive.
I also realized that i have to manufacture a new rear muffler as i have a terrible sound at around 1700-2000rpm.
I had an old 3" muffler that i will do something with to make it a bit quieter for a start then build something more accurate(resonator and absorption).
I have flipped the baffles around to get a not strait thru, will se what that gives me.

Been out driving today on "country roads" to get some log and other things.
I have put the ecu in SD mode and now it's lean, i also realized that i have a big problem with power supply to the ecu, i did see 10volts or so...........tomorrows work to sort that out.
I also notice that i have set the "back lash" in the rear end a bit generous as i have a wining sound when i get up to speed, have to tightens that up a bit i think (Quaife).

Voltage problem during cranking or run? FYI minimum ECM voltage is normally set to 9V. Below that typically a P0562 DTC will post. The cranking voltage is set 2V below the 9V run voltage. Have seen dips into 6-7V range on cranking, but I see this as borderline & thinking about running a direct battery to ECM feed & via ignition relay for run/start vs powering through original aged power circuit.
