Default Ms3 camshaft

Looking for a base tune file (.hpt or .bin) for an LS1 with MS3 cam, 36 lb injectors, 243 heads, long tubes, 4L65E, 3200 stall. The car barely idles.

If the car will crank and run, you obviously already have a "base tune". Now you just have to tune the car.

I guess what I'm asking for is a tune to compare as I tune the car. Considering this is an older cam, I thought there would be tune files out there.

The fact that you said 36lb injectors instead of giving an actual brand or part number means that you probably don't even know how many tables need to be adjusted to have them fueling correctly. Combine that with the drastically different VE of an MS3 compared to a stock cam, and it is sheer luck if it starts and idles at all. There is a somewhat involved process to make a tune have decent idle and drivability manners. WOT tuning can be done with almost no data and a trained monkey throwing rocks at the keyboard.

Understandable. They are fast 36lb/hr injectors 303608. That's why I was wondering if there were any tunes that would help get a good starting point.

As long as the engine cranks and stays running, you have a great starting point. Now it is just a matter of logging data and making the tune corrections needed. You may even get lucky and find GM format data for those injectors. Most of the FAST injectors do not have that, but I believe those injectors' part number cross references to another source that does have GM formatted data available. As long as you have a basic understanding of internal combustion engines and EFI sensors, it will only take a few hours of reading up on the Hptuner forums to get to where you will be able to tune it yourself.
