Default LS mated to Porsche PDK transaxle?

Hi all. Been a looooong time since I posted here so most of you guys won't know who I am. But I have a new car project I am working on and I would like to explore the option of using a Porsche PDK transaxle in the build. Some kind of LS variant for the motor with something in the 700 hp range being the goal.

I can't seem to find much information on the internet about the PDK as far as using it for swaps. From what I understand they are decent until about 550 hp

Has anyone had any experience with this? I would like to know if they can be built to handle a little more power and also I need to know how to control the shifts. Is there an aftermarket trans controller available that I can program or something to get it to talk to the LS ECU? I just did the stock GTO trans box on my previous build so excuse my ignorance here.

Thanks in advance!
Dave

I think you're spot on as far as the power limitations. You should look at Tony Angelo's YT channel. He did a 911 with an LS in it. Then he twin turboed it! He's a very personable guy and I would bet if you contacted him he would give you the low downs as to what you're facing. His channel is called, "Stay Tuned."
