Default now wont start

okay i have been doing a swap in a 93 chevy 1500 i put a 01 ls1 in it alot of you have helped me with the wiring. well we got it running but it runs shitty when any more than 1/4 throttle i have been told it is the computer needs to be programmed for the heads and cam i did. well that is not the problem now i cleaned up the wires and went to start it and tried to start then just turned over. i am getting fuel and spark but just wont start for ****. i went back over my wires and they all are still hooked up. and right. the wires i got rid of was the wires with the obd 2 and vats wire and all them in that connector which wasnt hooked up anyways. could my truck been running like crap cause somthing was fixin to go out and now it went completly out when i went to start it? but what couldve went out to make it not start but be getting fuel and spark? thanks for any and all info

okay the wires i got rid off was not completely taken from the pcm i still have the obd2 wire hooked up to my plug in connector for the obd2. the only wires i messed with was the blue and white connectors with all the wires in them that did not go to anything i got the obd2 wire by the computer and didnt know it went all the way to those connectors. that is all i messed with was the blue and white connectors sniped the wires right by the harness since they didnt go anywhere. the reason i say i am getting fuel is you can smell raw fuel while we were cranking it over trying to get it to start

None of that stuff was keeping it from starting. It was starting fine previously w/ the binary that was on it, right?

easiest/cleanest way, would be hook up a test lamp/noid lamp to the connector to make sure that they are getting turned on by the pcm when vehicle is turning over, but that wont tell you for sure that they are spraying fuel, another way which would get messy would be to leave them all connected and pull up the fuel rail and turn the engine over and you can see them spray fuel. One smart thing to do would be to check the PCM for codes and make sure that it is not something completely different.

I had previously posted the noid light 3x, including the Helms diagnostic procedure for non-firing injectors.

Instead of doing any of it, he yanked his PCM and sent it off for tuning...go figure. So I gave up and deleted the posts.

um no negative i gave up and decided to go ahead and get it tuned cause it was running shitty before hand and i was told the heads and cam is throwing it off. so i decided just to get it tuned and deal with the other problem when it gets back here so thank you
