Who's gonna be the first??
Question is whether or not you could make a bigger diesel engine work with 4L80E (or other), 2500HD transfercase, and 2500HD rear in a new 4x4 colorado/canyon, or if a LSx engine is a better bet. A Cummins or Duramax would equal some pretty insane torque...

built right, you could really get some power to the ground with a duramax, and me MUCH lighter at the same time.
maybe?
Even if you don't go with a diesel it's going to be a fast freaking truck. A LS1/T56 would put it right there with the Lightning and SRT-10, plus a low curb weight and some coilovers, road race rubber...
I'm obviously getting off on the idea of one, haha.
But ive Thought/dreamed aboout this swap as well but
isnt it posible with all factory parts and very little fab work ?( not that it would be cheap)
the trailblazer is based off the coloroad right? Like the S10 P/U & S10 blazer
I know they are available with the 4wd and RWD with the V8
I dont see why a 4wd V8 couldnt be (relatively) easy
