Default Wiring question...
i bought a 98 ls1 with computer and modded wire harness. this harness looks to be done professionaly. I dont have any diagrams for the modded harness. Is there any way to find out who did the harness? i have the guys name that paid to have the work done. any help would be great! everything else is ready to go!!!! i want to start it!!!

Is there a good part of the harness to take a pic of? The harness is installed in the car....

Is there any fuse block in the harness? That might be a clue. I take it that the guy who had the work done doesn't know?

Yeah it has a fuse panel...... pic

we bought it from a guy, he bought it from someone in florida who had all the work done. so i dont have any way of contacting the original owner of the parts!

That almost looks like my GM/Howell harness, at least it's the same fuse block

That fuse block looks identical to the one I just bought from Painless...same fuse orientation, same locations for the two mounting feet.

May or may not be an entire Painless harness.

Looks just like the Speartech set up I just installed, altough it only had three 20 amp fuses in it. The bare wire ends had paper tags on it with typed desciptions of where the wires go.

some of mine had the white tags on them. with black typed lettering. But most didnt have them on anymore.

If it is a speartech harness is there a way to get a wire diagram?
