Has anyone seen this conv. 88 IROC Just surfing around eBay and I found this car.
1988 IROC Ls1 Conversion
I had no idea most of the interior from a 4th gen would even fit. Looks like a clean car just wanted some other people's opinions on it.

i dont think the k member from the 01 would fit in a third gen...probably just built/bought conversion motor mounts and used the stock 88 k member
and that is interesting about the interior...anyone have more info on this conversion? i doubt its direct bolt in, but it looks close...

The back seat trim appears to be totally different than 98-02 f bodies.
I couldn't tell by any of the pictures how the dash mates with the front window.
I'm sure that there had to of been some trimming of the panels to get them to fit properly.
In looking at the pictures, IMO, the guy did a pretty good job on the car.

seen better, seen worse, the dash needs to be trimmed as well as the door pannels to fit properly. console and seats are pretty much direct bolt in. a good handful are documented over at thirdgen.org as well as the internet.

well thats one method to using a 4th gen wiper motor.. i just opted to do without the delay and get the low and high workin...
i had the door panel in mine and it fit like ***... i dont know how anyone could live with their car like that... the dash fits really tight tho..
