Default Lt1 and Ls1 kmember

Whats the difference between a ls1 and lt1 kmember?

The reason I ask is I'm putting a Ls1 in a 94 camaro . The Ls1 kmember is damaged from the wreck the donor car was in . I have a Lt1 kmember just sitting there and If I could just make some small mod. to it to make it work that's what I'll do . I already have the Ls1 in the car with the Ls1 kmember .But when I looked at the right side brake rotor it was up too far forward and the wheel wouldn't even go on. It looks like the A arm and kmember are damaged .
Thanks for any help .

I'm interested too?? I too have a LT1 F body and am in the process of researching to do a LS1 switch. I have both K Members and want to know if I can use the LS1 K member.

Tunafish is correct. The only difference is in the motor mounts. 3-hole for LT1, 4-hole for LS1.

I going to get an ls1 K-member anyway . But for those who would like to know , will the ls1 mounts line up with the 3 holes in the lt1 k-member ?

There are lots of aftermarket ones . You can check your boneyards for a stock on . I got one from Billy Graham camaro and firebird salvage .
