Is this thing done yet? But anyways Scooby blocks are fucken junk unless its a STI or JDM motor. You have to sleeve the WRX block what the **** is with that, only hondas do that. WEAK, im only a fan of the 2.0 STI motors really. Those are really nice, but the US STI are pretty good 2.

The only closed decks were early Legacy turbo's ( UK/Jap/Aussie ),and a very very small few Impreza turbo's, and of course the EJ22T Legacy. The EJ22T is no longer available.
Even an open deck block is fine for 90% of cases, even those pushing close to 500 crank HP, unless its a race car.
I dont know of anyone in the UK that re-sleeves any block destined for less than 500bhp, and there are quite a few cars running 400+ on standard open deck blocks.
