Default 5" autometers in '67 camaro bezel

Anyone know how to mount 5" autometer gauges in the stock 67/8 camaro bezel? i coulda sworn ive seen people do it. I was going to get a covans classic blank face, and holesaw 5" holes in it, but if i could save $130 by using my stock, that'd be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default gauges

you can drop them staight in from the front or you can trim the metal retainer on the back that holds the old gagues in place and then snug them right up to the back of the bezel eather way looks good to me.

Looks sweet, but where are you going to mount your other gauges? Fuel, oil, water etc.

You know that was real STUPID of me to put the black bezel on a black chair, but it was raining, and I usually take pics on a contrasting back ground, ugggg, I'm glad everyone likes it, Steve

I have the 2 1/16 matching gauges for the console in the pod, got em for a birthday present, nice
