Re: What would it take to put a stock LS1 in a 91 RS? As I stated in another post. There is girl here that happens to be a friend of mine who is running a LS1 with a 4L60E in a 92 RS. They had to have Ed Wright do some changes to the computer to make it work. It was a Vette motor, computer, manifolds, a Camaro tranny new driveshaft and stock rear. She spent a lot of money on the brackets for it. She got them from Street and Performance out of Arkansas. The motor had the sticking valve in the oil pump problem wich equated into a blown engine. She now has my motor from my toatled 01 T/A. She just got the heads back from a mild port job. I am trying to talk her into buying a small cam for it also. It is a lot easier to get a race in that car than my 02 WS6.

Re: What would it take to put a stock LS1 in a 91 RS? 99 Black Bird T/A, try contacting Brad Bridson. He put a '98 LS1/T56 into an '87 IROC.
