Looking good. What kind of primer is that black stuff? Is it etch primer? We just set my fathers cab back on the frame yesterday. I have the body work done on the doors and cab. We primed and blocked the cab about 4 times already. it still needs a few places touched up. We shaved the handles locks and all mouldings and the hvac area.
We have all new front sheet metal from lmc. Cowl hood, 67 fenders and inner wheel houses and radiator support. I'm fitting all the sheet metal this week.

We still need to buy and fit the new hvac system. Which one do you like the best??? Southern air, CAA, or vintage air? I've read all your build threads. So I've seen both ones you used, on yours and on killer.

Which one is easier and works the best. Our cab is a 71 factory ac truck, so it has all the vents already. Also, we have all the a/c parts off our cab, it that stuff worty anything?

Thanks.

I'll post pics of what we have done so far. I have to get some tomorrow.

Looks great. Taking your time and doing it right!

One thing I noticed and would be kind of worried about... Your steering shaft. In case of a heavy front end collision, that steering shaft has no sectiong to collapse? Meaning steering wheel into your chest.

Here's were we stand with our truck. I'm fitting the sheet metal now. The gaps on these trucks suck lol.
