There's a few LS1 Fox cars in Ft. Worth/North Richland Hills(where I live) area - one is my old one. If you need any help let me know.

DFWstangs.net is another good place for help/parts, if needed.

Good luck with it!

Hey tt-vert. Since you are doing the swap. would you be able to put the different motors on a scale. Im curious to see how they both weight compared to eachother. 5.0 vs ls1.

What are you plans for a fuel system. I havent seen any info on that after ive started my research.

Also what tranny are you going to use. t-56. or auto.

Just curious. Im contemplating the ls1 t-56 swap in my notch. Im about 30-40 minutes from you. Could lend a helping hand to get some hands on time for when i start my swap.

well id like somehow to reuse the mustang pump but it seems most go w/a full aeromotive setup. Im using the 4L60E. Im about to start wiring soon. The wiring will look very nice and close to factory when im done

I dont think there's any reason you couldn't. You could use the 255lph pump and stock harlines. But they you'd have to use an fittings and braided line from the hard lines to the ls1 rails. Or aftermarket rails if thats what you going to use.

well i have the entire donor car so i could take the fitting that come soff the rail w/ the quick disconnect and just use the same tubing ford and gm use on the barb. This would be great because I could at least get it running w/ the OEM mustang pump and upgrade after I get start to modify.
