Midyear Corvette LS headers I'm doing a Newman modified frame 63 corvette with a LS2(402) and have been looking for a set of headers that will fit. I know S&P has a set of street rod headers that fit but they are nothing more than shorties. Anyone try F-body or C5,C6 headeers on one of these. It sems like something should come close or close enough to be modified to work. Thanks
The driver's side F-body header has the collector pointing outward and won't fit. The C5/C6 headers have the collectors too close to centerline and will hit your trans. You might want to try GTO or CTS-V headers. I have never seen them in person, but the GTO headers from stainlessworks look like they might fit.

I tried S&P but they only carry the street rod headers and don't feel the need to build any LT's. Can't blame them as there can't be much demand for this application I'd imagine.
