As far as headers I went with shorty's(Sanderson) for now just of the cost of somebody fab up some LT headers. Fuel lines I used braided everything and ordered my fitting from Street and performance, Zac @ speedscene wiring did my wiring, using a 9" ford for my rearend, Used street and performance maf/air filter kit instead of trying to create a CAI kit there's is alot cleaner, costly, but cleaner. Custom motor mounts and k-member(f-boby mounts doesn't work for blazer/jimmy but somehow works for S10's) Complete corvette front accessories.
Future plans 6L80 and a few more cubic's

Dude, sorry I'm late but I haven't been on much. First of all, DON'T USE LS1 Performance Parts! Search for my threads and others about them. Next, depending on what you do yourself and buy your looking at about 8K and that's probably on the low side. You can use your stock 4l60e you just need the bellhousing from an LS1 tranny. If your looking at custom headers your gonna spend at least 1300K with them coated. Since you have an extreme it won't be that hard since your not fighting with your 4wd. I'm not sure for the rest of the drivetrain but mine bolted back up stock with my crossmember with no modifications at all. Just bolted the motor and tranny together and set it in like that using the crossmember bolts as the guide. Your PCM will work, work with Jered at CPW, he's great and got me setup. The wiring will be more then what you stated, it's gonna be around 800 probably with a reflash. Let me know if you have any specific questions about the swap though. Mines done though. Just have to update my threads and pics. I just got the silicone elbow for my intake I'll be putting on this week and fine tuning it. Search for my LS1 Zr2 swap in here. Unless you have everything in place and ready to go it probably won't take you a month most likely longer just for little **** that is bound to happen. If you plan well though it's only about a 40 hour job believe it or not. Good luck

With the FAST EFI, it's entirely up to you to make the gauges and the rest of the truck's electronics function. I hope you know wiring.
Wilds... glad to hear it's up and running. Did you use your S10 tansmission? I still haven't found anyone that actually has done it, I have heard that there is an issue with the torque converter and flexplate holes not lining up and an adapter is needed.

The stock S10 4L60E bell housing is approx. 1/2" shorter than the LSxx housing and the crank face is about .400" farther away. The LSxx TC has a different spline than the S10 TC and has an extended pilot. The LSxx pump stator is longer and the input drum has a longer shaft.
The only fix is to use a LSxx housing, a LSxx TC, new pump stator, and a new input drum.
