Bolts?! Where is the best place to get the bolts we need for our pieced together conversions?
TB studs and nuts
coilpack bolts
Accessory bracket bolts
Waterpump bolts
Alternator bolts
intake manifold bolts
Exhaust manifold bolts
etc, etc.

GO to your local chevrolet dealer. Tell them the truth, you are building a hotrod and ya need help with bolts. I just bought every bolt on the front of the motor for accessories, the guy was cool, he looked them up and then ordered them for me, also, he gave me all the oltlenghts and diamiter.

I am replacing most of mine with stainless for the appearance. They're all normal metric fasteners, so you can get 'em at your local hardware store. Luckily for me, we have a warehouse full of nuts n' bolts were I work 
You can try gmpartsdirect too. I used a parts list CD to look up most everything but ones I couldn't find or that had changed they looked up for me. I just sent them an email with a part description. I would second the use of your GM dealer too. Parts guy at my local dealer was great and a big help. Buying GM bolts is more expensive but you should get the right stuff the first time.
If you can find the F-body parts pdf, it has part #s and dimensions for all fasteners. It helped me out a ton when I was putting everything together.

If you have the dimensions or an original bolt you can measure get them from ARP they sell induvidual of bigger bolts and packs of 3-5 for smaller ones the prices really aren't that bad and the looks/quality/strength are second to none.

I have purchased a few bolts at my local hardware store, and found that for some reason Metirc bolts are DAMM expensive! About 4x the cost of a comparable SAE bolt. I sure won't be throwing any away, may put any extras in my safe!

Price of bolts has gone through the roof. We use m8x1.5x40 for assembling our triple clamps, they've gone from about 16c/pc to 65c/pc.. insanity. Stupid chinese buying all our resources.. Most of our 6061 comes from "ZhongWang," nowadays, instead of Kaiser.
