Is this mount setup strong enough?

Is this mount setup strong enough? Ok here is my mount setup and what I plan to do. Car is a 93 Nissan 240sx, pictured here is my crossmember setup. I have S&P style mounts bolted to the block with SBC mounts. It will have a 1" sleeve inside the mount with a 1/2" hole drilled through for a long bolt. From there will be 2 1/2" x 1" bar tubing going down to a 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" base plate bolted to the crossmember. As you can see there is two slotted holes for bolts to go through. I was thinking about drilling holes into the baseplate I made and just use two bolts and nuts to bolt it to the crossmember. The base plate is 3/8 thick. Everything will be welded up I was just wondering if those 2 bolts (grade 8) will be strong enough to hold the torque of the LS1 without ripping the crossmember or just tearing something apart. Any other advise or suggestions is greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys!
If you're worried, either run some heavy washers, or make a matching plate for underneath the xmember, as well as locknuts.. Looks plenty strong to me, though. I wouldnt worry about it..

sounds like a good idea.
here are links to pics of Hinsons LS1 mounts for the 2nd Gen rx7... these are bolted to the subframe with 2 bolts on each mount, similar to what you are pondering. just make sure your welds are quality / have good penetration.
