Yeah I don't mean to contradict anybody but I had the exact opposite experience with my Flex fans they were great. Also I don't have any worries about putting the 210 on the new truck.

I just installed a flexalite 220 on my car, Ill see if I can snap some pics...I havent gotten it fully up and running yet so I dont know how it does on the cooling aspect.
BTW, quick question...when I spin the fans by hand they spin freely (from what I can tell) and when I turn them on electrically when they first start out they sound like they are touching something when they spin until they reach about 30% speed and that "click click click" sound goes away and is fine.
