Problem solved. Thanks everyone.
It was the vacum line that I put on with the return on it. It should not have vacum. As soon as I pulled the vacum it shoved 58 pound of pressure on the gauge and I drove the car it is fine. I love LS1 power.

That would do it!

For future reference just in case anyone stumbles across this post. The LS1 fuel system needs to be at 58psi and if you are using an adjustable pressure regulator, it should NOT have the vacuum line hooked up. Unless of course there is forced induction involved.
