Default TB 90 deg elbow

Can anyone suggest where I can find a 90 degree rubber elbow to attach to my LS1 throttle body? My 57 chevy conversion leaves little room to go forward, so i gotta turn fast and connect to my MAF. Then I need advice on the best filter system to connect from there. Thanx in advance!! DK

I got my stuff from Jagsthatrun.com. It is all trial and error on what will work for you, But all of the Rubber and Aluminum Elbow have about the same turning radius. So you will have work with what you see in the pictures of StevenK setup.

You can also try the S&P Filter and MAF setup (costly), I have seen a few 57's with V8 Radiators location (else use a 6cyc radaitor setup) with Elec FAN fit tightly with the setup. Check out page 84 of there catalog (?).

I got a 4"-3.5" 90 degree reducer elbow and one 3.5" silicone coupler from www.atpturbo.com and its been great. I ran that to the MAF with a 3.5" steel pipe (conduit from home depot) to a 3.5" K&N filter from their online store and it was good.

then I recently elongated the MAF and IAT wires to locate the MAF down by the fenderwell. ran the elbow to a length of 3.5" aluminum pipe, a 3.5" rubber elbow then the MAF, then the silicone coupler as an insulator as it passes into the fender, then to a 3.5" aluminum elbow from ebay then the same 3.5" K&N filter, the new setup has been GREAT and with the IAT sensor so far from the engine the temps are much lower, especialyl combined with cooler intake air temps since the filter is right behind a bumper hole.

go to the same site mentioned and look at cobra head reducing elbows if you dont have room for the stuff in the pic. but I think your flow will be better with a sweeping elbow.

Wow guys..!!! Thanx for all the come backs! There are alot more options out there than I thought.!! Looks like the setup that StevenK or LS1MCSS has is really close to what I need. I gotta go to the drivers side, since all my trans cooling lines and A/C lines are on the other side. You guys are great.!! I will post pics when I get it done! DK

Have you looked at the new GTO's the pipe they run?
Ive got one here, has a pretty good 90 deg on it.
