LQ4 hands down! You can buy a complete LQ4 cheap as hell. Throw on a set of L92 heads........god I wish I had went that route.

I just bought a complete 2000 LQ4 6.0 w/51k with wiring harness and pcm and a six month warranty for $950. I am seriously thinking about selling my LS1 and T-56 and dropping in the 6.0 w/L92 heads and a 4L80. I could give a crap less about the 88 lbs. diff.

Smile djquik88 ... LQ4

Can you tell me where you found a complete LQ4 setup that cheap?
I need an LQ4 for my '57 Bel Air project and can't find one (for a reasonable price anyway).

Local salvage maybe?
