i could probably measure the stock MC setup i have in the garage and answer that, but not tonight.
as for the Russell fitting - Russell SUCKS at supplying their vendors with parts. If you ever find that almost all vendors are backordered, call Russell directly and order from them - they always have their own parts on hand. Shipping is more, but you still get the part.
i don't know why this is true, but i've had it happen with three other Russell fittings for my swap.
and, from my personal view, purchase Earl's where you can --- any company that is as irresponsible as Russell with getting out parts doesn't deserve your money.

As I understand it, either the fitting(s) or the tension pins are different - as in you can only put one of each in their respective locations.
It looks like Summit has them back in stock, too.

Jebus, what a joke! Summit charges $10 handling fee on a $20 part, Jegs charges $11.50 handling on a $20 part.
It's great you get free shipping, but FFS, gimme a break on the handling! It's not even a large part - you could ship it USPS for $1.50 just by shoving it in an envelope! WTF?!

You buy two of those /\ fittings(-3AN adapters) one goes on the master, the other on the slave. You can then buy a -3AN line of your desired length and it will screw on to your new fittings. Fill with fluid, bleed, drive...

I have been on a quest to convert my clutch line over to my s-10 Clutch master and have come up with some quick connect fittings that allow me to use -4 lines and ditch that quick disconnect.
This fitting Will install in the place of the stock style fitting and uses the stock roll pin. This can be used in almost all late model gm clutch masters and slaves. You can remove the stock f-body fitting from the throw out bearing or from the slave and install this..... these are kind of expensive but being able to convert the stock slave to a -4 style fitting is well worth the cost.
I snapped a few pics and can get you guys some part numbers If you want.
