Default Gen III Land Cruiser

Anybody have any pictures or information on a Gen III powered Land Cruiser? I'm thinking about doing a conversion on mine. LQ4>4L80-E> NP241 and a 14-Bolt in the rear and a Dana 60 in the front.

There is a guy on Pirate4x4.com that did it. I believe in the LandCruiser or the hardcore section. It is an LS6 I believe.

That would be a cool combo... but why not do the NV4500 transimission that was offered behing the 6.0 LSx motor? The deep 1st gear in it would be great for 4x4ing.

You can also check ih8mud.com which is specifically for LandCruisers.

BTW- I used to own a super clean '84 FJ60 and now have a '96 LX450 (FZJ80) with factory locking diffs. It wheels awesome. I did think about putting an LS1 setup in the FJ60; however the time/$$$/resale value I simply bought the newer rig.
