Default A couple pics from my LS1 Wrangler project

Yes, I know I promised pics yesterday, but better late then never. I have owned this jeep for about 8 years, and it has gone through a variety of phases, but the LS1 upgrade is by far the best mod so far! I retained the stock ax-15 5-speed trans for now, using a full bellhousing adapter and centerforce clutch from Advance Adapters. I gutted every wire from the entire vehicle for this project, rewiring the chassis with a Painless harness, and using their new Perfect system to control the motor. I ditched the stock fuel tank, mostly for ground clearance reasons, and went with an aluminum cell behind the back seat. Multiple pickups in the tank feed fuel through a Mallory comp pump with an Aeromotive regulator under the hood. All stainless AN braided line. I reworked the stock gauge cluster, and fit a set of Autometer Phantom II gauges behind the factory plastic.

Too wet out here today in Ohio to get any vids - no traction As soon as it dries up here I will post some short vids.

Default Pic quality

I will work on getting these posted somewhere with a link - apparently my filesize is too large to upload good quality pics.

My new gauge setup has no speedo or odometer (not really needed) - so measuring my fuel economy might be a little difficult, but my old I-6 got single digit mpg so I am sure this will be an improvement.
